Within each Project, you can access helpful information including the Project Description, Brand Reference, Project Workflow, and the Team Conversation.

Project Description

Here, you’ll see the basics: the name of the project, the source document(s) if any, and the Client’s Brand Reference (their “About Us” where you can understand their mission and vision, and get a feel for their brand voice. 

Brand Reference

Brand References are optional for the Client and may or may not be present for your review. You’ll find that as a Client establishes a history on Brand Desk, they will update their Brand Reference to make it easier to provide a reference point for Producers and Artists alike: this is an important aspect of a Client building a virtual team of Brand Desk talent!

Workflow

The workflow area will display the project tasks, and which have been completed. Within the Project Description, you’ll enjoy a simple progress bar that will give you an idea of the project’s status at a glance. This is great when you’re working on several projects at once.

Communication

Clear communication is what makes a project flow smoothly. Please respond promptly and professionally to all messages!

Pay close attention to due dates on the Project Workflow. Most projects give you several days or up to a week to complete a draft (not the whole project, but a draft), so you have ample time to deliver outstanding quality work.

When your Client is pleased and confirms the final review, the project will close.
